Office hours are Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 16:30. You can walk in, but we recommend calling or sending a WhatsApp message first, ideally about 20 minutes before you arrive. On Sunday we open by appointment at a higher rate.
Contacting us about a car export by phone, WhatsApp or email
Phone and WhatsApp: +31 6 38199986. Email: info@autoexportduitsland.nl. Advice and help are free of charge; the services themselves are not.
Via WhatsApp you can send the registration number, photos of the Dutch papers, where the car is now and where it is going. That helps us tell you what you need. The form below also has a 'Send photos and documents by WhatsApp' button.
Remote export when the car is already in Germany
Much can be arranged without a visit: we prepare online, you send the yellow Dutch plates by post or courier, and we send the documents and plates insured and with tracking, also to a German address. Is the car already in Germany? Then contact us first for the export by post: DHL standard takes about 5 working days, DHL Express about 1 working day.
We do not carry out the German steps, such as the Zulassung (registration), the HU (roadworthiness test) or the eVB (insurance confirmation). Our guide on how to register a car in Germany explains them, and the page on Dutch car export documents lists the papers. Prices are on the cost page, and the overview of importing a car from the Netherlands shows every step.

Contact questions about car export to Germany
Do I need an appointment at the Hengelo desk?
Not during office hours, Monday to Saturday 10:00 to 16:30. We do recommend calling or sending a WhatsApp message first. On Sunday we open by appointment only, at a higher rate.
Can you help with the Zulassung in Germany?
We give free advice about the German steps, but we do not carry them out. The Zulassung, the HU and the eVB are arranged in Germany by the new owner or someone with a power of attorney.
What should I send via WhatsApp?
The registration number, photos of the Dutch papers, where the vehicle is now, its destination and your name. If you want insurance and plates, add the start date and the details of the policyholder and driver.
